The ServiceDesk is the first point of call for all queries, including relating to:
- Reporting anything that needs fixing in a room in Halls (including kitchens; bathrooms; communal areas etc.)
- Password problems
- Your University email account (O365 Email)
- Printing, copying and scanning on campus
- Getting online in Halls of Residence
- University Wireless networks
- Free Software (e,g, Microsoft Office; SPSS; NVivo )

Welcome Desk in the Library
Staff can offer IT advice to students visiting the Library including:
- Resetting and unlocking passwords
- Using computers in the Library
- Basic info about the University Wi-Fi networks
- Advice about printing; copying and scanning
- Information about the loan laptops service
