History Today publishes article about Polish-Ukrainian relations by Dr Zbig Wojnowski

Dr Zbig Wojnowski, senior lecturer in history, has had an article published in May's edition of History Today. The piece, titled Moscow's Divide and Rule, looks at the turbulent relationship between Poland and Ukraine throughout the twentieth century. Dr Wojnowski examines Russia's repeated attempts at exploiting the two countries' differences to further its own expansionist policies, and how in the light of the current invasion Polish and Ukrainian people are standing together and resisting Moscow's attempts to revive old animosities.
