Roehampton MOOC is second most popular course in 2019 on FutureLearn

Roehampton’s online course, The Tudors, had the second highest number of enrollments, according to figures from FutureLearn.

The online course, lead by Professors Suzannah Lipscomb and Michael Cullinane and supported by other members of staff from the University, examines the political, religious and cultural changes of the period.

Both the most popular and the third most popular courses are provided by the British Council, and are Teaching English: How to Plan a Great Lesson and Ideas for a Better World: Leading Change Through Policy Making. The Tudors is the only History based course to make the top ten list.

The next course will commence on 13 January 2020 and is free to take on the FutureLearn platform. Students can upgrade their course for a fee to receive a Certificate of Achievement upon completion.
